omg tired.. been out of the house from 11-5.. walked around IDP looking at the brochures for Universities in Australia.. consulted the different representatives from the few schools that im interested in.. predominantly University of Queensland, University of Melbourne, Australian National University, University of Sydney, University of New South Wales, etc.. i think you get the drift.. anyways if anyone is interested you can go to IDP to check it out.. anyways i asked about vet science.. quite dissappointed with the reply.. i should have gone for foundation school directly after O' levels.. now might need to take A levels and get a minimum of 3 As, or go foundation school (UQ only), or might have to take a graduate entry.. which totally sucks.. anyways im thinking if i were to be able to enter foundation school.. then it would be a 6 year study.. if i go via graduate entry.. it would be long as well.. there was however another method.. the representative told me that it would be possible to change the study after the first year.. which means that i have to take selected modules specially for it, study for 6 years as well, and must work my ass off.. basically other than vet science and medicine.. with my grade point average i think that i can generally gain admission to most of the courses .. i best hope it doesnt drop this semester.. =\.. it actually never too early to think about your future.. i hope i can get into a good course in a good school.. graduate.. best with hons.. all the best.. still have NS to go.. headache man..

recent things going on with odex or as everyone refer them as xedo..

apparently they have now court orders for starhub to disclose the names of anime downloaders..

after that fateful day.. all animes have been stopped..

this issue has been blown out of proportion that i have no idea where to start..

this movement by ODEX will just bring themselves more harm than good..

there is always a reason behind everything.. and the bad sales.. might be attributed to many other things.. one of them includes illegal downloading.. but the sole reason for bad sales cannot just be pinned down on people downloading anime..

the company has just made enemies out of the entire anime population of singapore.. as well some from other countries.. if this movement was to be set in motion in singapore.. who is to say it wont happen to other countries..

while my biggest argument is that instead of wasting the money suing the individuals who infringe the so called "Intellectual property rights".. they should spend it on making their service better.. while illegal downloads are still considered wrong.. without proper licensing from ODEX and providing it for the community at quality and pricing.. the revenue will still go out of the countries to imports from other countries..

im sure that ODEX has its reasons for suing kids but there will always be a limit to the community.. and whatever they have done.. but personally i feel that unless action is taken by ODEX for themselves.. they might face dire consequences by the community.. some of which is very extreme..

havent updated in a long time.. apparently ive been spammed by people asking me to update..

since the last time many events have taken place.. G301 poster presentation.. my first driving lesson.. among others..

it kinda is busy these few weeks.. i know that i should be busy.. but i dont know how to start.. for one PP is due by september.. which means i have 2 weeks to finish it.. and i havent started.. which is a bad thing.. a really bad thing.. i think its the motivation problem.. apart from the fact i have no idea how to start doing it..

ive just reactivated my WoW acc.. cos i got a new computer. and it is in my room.. oh yea... anyways.. been raiding alot.. spending alot of time on it.. and flagged with shit rolls have made me more emo than i already am...

laptop flagged with another problem now.. i think the back light is faulty.. =\ needa get it fixed asap.. proteomics UT4 soon..

heard rumors about the grading system being changed from 50% daily grade and 50% UT grade to 60% daily grade and 40% UT grade.. apparently it seems that all the RP students have become smarter.. and the A standard went up from being 15/30 to 20/30.. which is really sad.. but the B+ are still alright.. if the rumors are true... seeing the amount of As i have for every module.. at least 10 As at week 15.. i think im safe..

somehow.. Tsing Whey suddenly had the urge to hang out and chill.. so we went out last wednesday to holland v.. went to essential brews for drinks.. and food.. but the original plan wasnt to go there at all.. we wanted coffee so we went to yishun.. but starbucks was closed.. so we headed to bukit timah for prata... took a wrong turn.. went up the expressway.. =.=.. so sue me.. i dont drive.. anyways.. because of the wrong turn.. i told them we should go to holland v.. since it was late at night.. i dont think they minded. heh.. we walked around contemplating which place to go and sit.. either to have alcoholics or coffee.. finally decided to drink at essential brew.. quite a nice place.. the food was alright.. for pictures refer to benjinoob's post on essential brew.. anyways.. step was supposed to meet us.. but then couldnt cos he was too damn far.. =/ ... after the drinks.. we needed to find a place for chilling and to play the guitar.. which was what they wanted to do.. so came over to a park near my place.. and played music until late.. after that went home... and when i msged benji they said they were lost.. i was like LOL... hopeless...

then last sat.. they wanted to go out again.. so from wanting to go out at noon changed to evening and finally to night.. so at 10 we went to marsiling to meet TW and benji.. and due to the jam in the causeway.. Tw didnt come till close to 11.. anyways.. on the way there.. took a wrong turn again.. LOL.. went to bukit timah.. but still possible to get down to city.. just slightly longer.. when we reached orchard.. we were supposed to park at meridian hotel.. but i had no idea how to enter the carpark.. which was stupid.. so we took detours here and there.. after calling cyric aka rank, benji's friend, we found a way into the carpark.. and guess what.. we were stuck at the freaking carpark not knowing how to get up into the shopping complex.. anyways met up with him and went to play dota till about 3.. the games were crap.. waited too long.. when we left the place.. i thought i had lost my phone.. so i went back to check.. but it wasnt there.. then found it in the car.. imagine.. 4 guys looking for something in a car.. surely must have been a funny sight.. anyways went for prata and home.. rank was quite a cool and fun guy..

anyways .. im brain drained already.. laters.. and dont say i never update..
